Falcon.io er en stor virksomhed bestående af 250 medarbejdere. Der er mange forskellige nationaliteter, faktisk hele 40. Falcon.io is looking for an Account Manager with a specific focus of maintaining and developing our existing global accounts. You will join a team of Account Managers who are managing their own client portfolios (including renewal negotiation and upselling) with a strong emphasis on forging long-term relationships in close collaboration with our Customer Experience and Sales Teams. You will report to the manager of account management who has the overall responsibility of leading our Account Management team.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and drive potential growth areas with existing clients

  • Retain your own portfolio of clients in coordination with the rest of the Sales and CX team

  • Ensure a top notch customer experience for existing clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning them with platform functionality

  • Advise existing clients on best practices that will drive ROI

  • Maintain constant contact from initial onboarding process through negotiation of renewal

What you have:

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of clients from C-Level to operational employees

  • Demonstrated business acumen/ able to quickly understand structure and value drivers across diverse industries and markets

  • Experience in SaaS Account Management 

  • Outstanding phone etiquette with ability to quickly forge professional relationships

  • Knowledge and proficiency of Social Media and Web 2.0

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German

  • A Scandinavian language is a plus

As a Customer Success Associate, you are focused on securing healthy long-term adoption among your assigned portfolio of customers through trainings, follow ups and additional check-ins. You are a driven, customer-centric, team player who loves leveraging your versatility and critical thinking aptitudes to develop relationships and deliver results for our customers.


We are looking for a German speaking Customer Success Associate but the position can be based out of either our Copenhagen or Berlin office - it depends on the right candidate.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer during and post-implementation of Falcon.io

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption. Educate customers on how to leverage features and new releases

  • Understand the customer needs and link them to workflows in our products

  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks to understand behaviour and proactively address inactivity and/or missed opportunities

  • Help strategize with the customer at key stages of the lifecycle on how to optimise their use of the product, ensuring ROI

  • Partner with internal Falcon.io stakeholders (account managers and strategy advisors) to align account activities with the customer's business case and strategy

  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to alleviate blockers and ensure a successful renewal

What you have

  • English and German to a native fluency level but other languages are a plus

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion to help customers

  • Strong relationship management (tailoring for the different stakeholders)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good technical knowledge

  • Digital Marketing industry knowledge to deliver valuable advice

  • Solid organisational skills like project management and milestone completion

  • Comfortable with working towards set targets e.g. goal-driven and accountable
