Sammenhold & Goder

Hos Ageras A/S går de op i den gode teamspirit og derfor afholder de dedikeret teambuilding minimum én gang i kvartalet. Ageras A/S synes, at fredagsbar er en god måde at komme sammen, derfor har de en ugentligt. Minimum én gang om året afholdes der en stor firmafest i Ageras A/S, så du kan lære dine kollegaer endnu bedre at kende. Hvis du får en dårlig nats søvn så frygt ej, der er rigeligt med gratis kaffe, så du kan holde dig kørende. De ved samtidig, at det er kedeligt at spise morgenmad alene derhjemme. Derfor tilbyder de morgenmad på kontoret. Uden mad og drikke dur helten ikke. Det ved de, og derfor har de selvfølgelig en frokostordning. Skulle du få brug for en kiropraktor eller et privathospital så bare rolig. Hos dem får du en privat sygeforsikring.

Kollegaer

Der tales primært engelsk i virksomheden. De vækster meget og alene i år planlægger de at ansætte 20 nye kollegaer, og måske kan du blive en af dem. Der er mange forskellige nationaliteter, faktisk hele 12. Du vil derfor have rig mulighed for at blive klogere på andre kulturer end den danske. Virksomheden er set udefra meget ligeligt gjort op i mænd og kvinder. I Ageras A/S arbejder der 80 medarbejdere, så du vil aldrig være ensom.

Ageras is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with their partners (accounting firms) and further expand their presence in the Danish market. As the new Account Manager, your role is to build your own partner portfolio, oversee and manage your portfolio, nurture relationships with partners, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from generating leads through cold calling to build your account portfolio, executing online product demonstrations, to closing sales, as well as enhancing and strengthening partner relationships. The role requires personal drive, a passion for sales, a willingness to grow with the company and you should be able to grow the business in Denmark by building and maintaining strategic partnerships for Ageras.

You can expect to travel aorund in Denmark on a monthly basis, to have personal meetings with existing partners and prospects.


Specifically, you’ll:

  • Build trust relationships with partners

  • Sell Ageras’ services and approach new partners

  • Follow and achieve individual sales goals

  • Act as point of contact for your partner portfolio and manage your portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure partner satisfaction

  • Respond promptly to partner queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


Requirements

As an Account Manager, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be highly customer service oriented. You go the extra mile to drive sales and you know how to meet ambitious individual sales quotas. Ageras offers an uncapped commission scheme - so going the extra mile will be rewarded.

As a person, you are self-confident, empathize easily with partners and are good in building trustful, long-term partnerships.


You also have:

  • Near-native Danish and conversational English language skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • A trustworthy and energetic personality with customer service focus

  • Proven experiences in a sales role (phone or field sales) – experiences as an account manager is considered a plus

  • Assertiveness and confidence

  • A goal-driven mentality with an ability to work under pressure

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
