Ageras har siden starten af 2012 oplevet stor vækst og opererer i dag i 6 lande fra deres kontorer i Industriens hus. Efter et stort skifte i forretningsmodel skal de danske aktiviteter nu udvides, hvilket skal gøres med den nyoprettede salgsafdeling. I første omgang vil den bestå af Account Managere og én Account Executive. Som Account Executive skal døren sparkes ind til de større kæder og store kontorer. Derudover vil du være en central del af at opbygge arbejdsgangene og definere måden, hvorpå afdelingen skal arbejde.

Du vil være ansvarlig for hele salgsprocessen, fra leadgenering via kold canvas til afholdelse af salgs- og servicemøder. Salg vil foregå både via telefon og fysiske møder. Det er vigtigt for Ageras, at du skaber langsigtede og seriøse relationer til deres partnere. Da du er den første i stillingen, vil du fra starten overtage en række succesfulde og store partnere.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Du kommer til at være en helt central spiller for at nå de dansk vækstmål.

  • Du er med til at definere, hvordan afdelingen skal arbejde, og hvordan salgsmål bliver opnået.

  • Du skal være en rollemodel for Account Managere og kunne give gode råd.

  • Du skal være nysgerrig og altid ville udvikle dig.

Ageras is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to provide excellent customer service for the German market. As Customer Success Manager, you’ll handle the entire communication with their small- and midsize business customers, who are in the need of a specialist. You’ll support your customer portfolio from the first initial contact until finding the perfect specialist. Throughout the process, you’ll be responsible for your own customer portfolio and work towards individual targets. You’ll be joining a team of passionate professionals and together you’ll be growing and establishing the German market.

You are:
