Our digital recruitment tools
We have built a suite of digital tools that we use in our work. So far, our suite consists of five different tools – but we are continuously developing. Here, our three most important tools are explained.
Company DNA
A regular recruitment agency spends a lot of time to inform candidates what it is like to work in a certain organisation. It’s inefficient because it’s a process that has to be repeated with every candidate. We have digitalised this process by developing a company profile that makes it easy and accessible for the candidate to get to know the organisation. This way, you’ll save yourself valuable time during the screening process.
DNA generator
It can be difficult to describe your company’s DNA when you’re met with an empty text box. Therefore, we have developed a DNA text generator. All you have to do is answer 33 multiple choice questions regarding your organization. The 33 questions answer the typical questions that a candidate would ask in a recruitment process. The DNA text will automatically become a part of your Company DNA profile.
Lead Manager
A regular recruitment agency will typically send you potential candidate’s resumes on mail. It’s difficult to manage a high amount of resumes on mail and it isn’t GDPR compliant. That is why we have developed an administration module in our platform where all leads for candidates will be displayed. This gives you an easy overview showing which candidates are new, and which candidates has progressed to first or second interview. Meanwhile, you can see our screening notes for the candidates – and add notes yourself. You are never responsible for the data during the process, meaning you are 100% GDPR complaint.
