Pleo: Account manager in 3 weeks

The fintech company, Pleo, is probably one of the hottest Danish scale-ups at the moment. Their clients love their product, and by the end of May 2018 they received a 100 million DKK investment. Then they threw a cool summer party, but most of the money was going to be used for recruiting new employees – and this was where we entered the picture.

Templafy: Four foreign salespeople in less than 3 months

In Statum, we have great success with helping our partners to find foreign salespeople who live in Denmark. Many Danish organisations prefer to have their office in Denmark, even though they sell to, for example, England, Sweden or Norway. One of these organisations is Templafy, who we’ve had the opportunity to work with during their remarkable journey of growth.

Clerk.io: Alternative Head of Sales in less than a month

Our collaboration with Clerk.io began in start 2018. They needed an Account Manager for their Copenhagen office, but this case is based on the role which they contacted us about in the beginning of May 2018. They needed a Head of Sales and hadn’t had any luck employing one through their professional network. Fernando, responsible for Clerk.io’s HR department, put us to the task.

Blueprint Learning: Building their sales department

Blueprint Learning is an innovative e-learning company. They’ve specialised in mandatory postgraduate courses as lawyers and accountants has to go through. Blueprint Learning made these courses available online, on-demand. Their digital solution has been received well in the two otherwise fairly conservative industries. Their sales director, Henrik, contacted Statum in December 2017 to receive help building their sales department with the right people.

Ardoq: Foundation for a new market

Ardoq is a Norwegian tech scale-up, which grew by over 500% in 2018, and opened offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and England. The Danish office needed a couple of strong commercial profiles that could help create the foundation for success in the Danish market. We found six strong profiles in 48 hours, of which two were hired.

OrderYOYO: Salesperson recruited in 13 days

The Danish scale-up OrderYOYO have an ambition to give back control to takeaway restaurants through efficient administration of orders and clients. To achieve this, they received a 40 million DKK investment in early 2018 to grow their business. A part of their growth plan was to expand to Jutland, and to do that they needed a running salesperson.
