It is standard procedure in the industry of recruitment that a recruitment company sends a candidate’s resume to you through e-mail. This means you have to control the whole recruitment process from the same place as where you receive 50+ mails a day. It is both inconvenient and confusing. That is why we have developed a better solution: our own applicant tracking system.

Easy administration within the platform

A huge pain in recruiting is administrating the whole process. Therefore, we have created an administration module that makes it easy to handle all the candidates we find – directly on our platform. This makes it easy for you to track the process of every candidate and see all of our notes regarding a specific candidate. You can also add notes yourself and send automatic rejections to the candidates you don’t wish to go along with.

Screening questions

Together, we set a number of screening questions when we initiate a new process. Screening questions that all candidates have to answer. A screening question can be everything from a simple yes/no question to a mini case that the candidate must make up an answer for. You can also see the candidates’ answers in the administration module. This way you have all information gathered in one place.

Gathering feedback

It is usual procedure for all recruitment agencies to gather feedback on the candidates who advance through the process. However, we are the only agency to track and store your feedback directly on the platform. This means that we can use the data continuously to optimize our cooperation

It’s all GDPR compliant

When you receive resumes on mail, you are responsible for handling it in compliance with GDPR. With us, you don’t have to worry about this, as you are never responsible for the data of the candidates. As all information is being handled on our platform, we are the ones who are responsible.
