Sammenhold & Goder

Hos Statum kan de lide hinanden og derfor samles de til en månedlig fredagsbar. Der er mulighed for at flekse din arbejdstid, hvis det er nødvendigt. Hvis du får en dårlig nats søvn så frygt ej, der er rigeligt med gratis kaffe, så du kan holde dig kørende. De ved, at det kan være svært at slippe spændende arbejdsopgaver, derfor tilbyder de aftensmad til dem, der arbejder sent. Uden mad og drikke dur helten ikke. Det ved de, og derfor har de selvfølgelig en frokostordning. Hos Statum går de op i den gode teamspirit og derfor afholder de dedikeret teambuilding minimum én gang i kvartalet. I Statum bliver der ikke sparet på det sociale fællesskab og derfor kan du forvente en stor firmafest minimum en gang i kvartalet. Statum is a modern recruitment agency

As a digital recruitment agency we specialize in recruiting commercial talent for scale-ups. We founded the company in 2016 with the purpose of creating more work happiness through better matching. We all came from high growth companies with the experience from bad matches and how much it drains people. That motivated us to create a company where technology can enhance the recruitment process and create a better match.

Since the beginning made more than 230 hires for companies such as Pleo, Templafy and OrderYOYO. Now we’re on the look out for an ambitious and experience recruitment specialist to help us maintain the leading position we already have.

Actually, just to be honest, you are going to replace our current Int. Match Manager, Ena, who has gotten a new exciting opportunity with a scale-up. She is leaving things off for you to keep the rocket going full speed - you’ll hear more about this in the interview.

In this position you will be part of the core operation. Your nearest leader will be Michael Dupont and he believes in three values more than everything: honesty, trust and ambition. If you have those three things, you should keep reading.

Become a part of a high performance setup

Despite our relatively small size, we can recruit to numerous positions at a time. This also means you’re going to have a lot on your plate.
Defining for our target group altogether is fast growth. Their hiring needs are big and the timeline is short. It is therefore of utmost importance to match the right candidates, fast. We don’t need to say, that you thrive with a lot of stuff hitting you at the same time, right?


Primarily, you will spend your time:

  • In dialogue with clients, sparring about their recruitment needs.

  • Coordinate search and lead by example by participating in candidate research.

  • Screening of relevant candidates by phone and selecting the ones matching the client.

  • Coach and develop our researchers for everybody to stay on top their game - always.


You will also spend your time:

  • Meeting new clients when getting their positions set up.

  • Optimizing existing processes to enhance our recruitment every day.

  • Coordinate improvements and development with Tech to make your job even easier


Also - what would be good to have done before? And HEY - these are all ‘nice to haves’, don’t let it hold you back:

  • Working with recruitment both internally and in agency is a plus.

  • Working in sales or customer success in a scale-up is a plus.

  • Speaking either native English, Swedish or Dutch is a plus.



So what’s the catch?

We could write a whole lot more buzz words around why we think we’re an exciting company to work for. The truth is, this is going to be tough. If you’re looking for a stable 37 hour per week job with a market leading salary scope and a good pension scheme, you’re gonna be terribly disappointed.

We are a Danish HR-tech startup helping scale-ups recruit under difficult circumstances. Instead of building a heavy recruitment department, we aim to help companies hire faster and better than they could themselves. We find the candidates and through a technologically enhanced process, we facilitate the recruitments.

Daily tasks will depend on your development and your level, but it will be in the following areas:

  • Headhunting of people who match what our customers demand

  • Collaboration and coordination with our Match Managers who will interview the candidates you find for the positions we recruit for.

  • Provide candidate support, answer questions and help with career counseling.

  • Be an active part of our entrepreneurial culture and contribute to the digitization of the many processes of recruitment.

  • Participation in customer meetings.


We do not expect you to be experienced in recruiting as we will teach you everything from scratch. However, we look favorably at the following:
